The preparation process of corn steep liquor powder is as follows:

1. Before soaking corn, remove impurities on corn surface by air drops and water washing.

2. Remove insoluble impurities in corn soaking solution through bag filter.

3. After four times of evaporation and concentration, the filtrate Baume reached 20-22 ℃.

4. the concentrate is filtered through a bag filter and then enters the spray drying tower to dry the finished product.

5. The finished product should be packed after passing the inspection.
